San Francisco based venture capital firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their growing team. Role will report directly to the General Counsel and work alongside the Head of Legal Operations. *law firm or law firm & inhouse experience *funds and transactions (VC/PE) experience is a plus *assist with key functions for private equity and credit investments including managing drafts, obtaining signatures, compiling and saving final documents, making UCC filings and updating investment tracking systems. *Provide support throughout the fund lifecycle - forming new funds, processing subscription books and side letters for fund closings, communicating with investors and other ongoing fund administration tasks. *Collaborate across teams to help scale portfolio administration and document management systems.
