Direct the strategic design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture practice at ADUSA. Modernize internal architectural practices, define governance processes, and lead to IT and business alignment. Define vision, standards and policies governing architecture in partnership with Architecture Leadership to ensure uniform artifacts. Craft roadmaps, establish policy to support internal processes, compliance requirements, and governance workflows. Improve architecture output, engagement, and process; refine templates, tools, data quality, and governance. Maintain a strong security mindset in all architectural decisions. Collaborate with Architecture Leads and IT leadership to deliver on business and technology goals. Maintain a balance of technical expertise, process leadership and strategic creativity. Key Responsibilities
Lead small architecture projects or sub-teams; guide junior team members. Influence the architecture community through discussions on best practices and innovative solutions. Design and oversee scalable IT solutions aligned to business objectives. Ensure solutions comply with vendor guidelines, license efficiency and enterprise standards. Contribute to the IT architecture target state and roadmaps; ensure alignment with broader enterprise architecture. Define and maintain architecture standards, reference models, guidelines and patterns. Develop decision frameworks and implementation guides for architecture standards. Ensure governance for security, privacy and regulatory requirements; assess and mitigate risks. Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into the IT roadmap. Qualifications
Required
Extensive experience in IT architecture leadership, strategy development and governance. Strong influence and decision-making skills with success guiding complex IT transformations. Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science or related field; TOGAF/ITIL or equivalent preferred. Experience providing technical guidance to development teams; translating business requirements into architectural deliverables. Preferred
MSc in Computer Science/Information Management; postgraduate degree preferred. Experience with Agile/Scrum, ArchiMate modeling, BiZZdesign EA Tool. Schedule and Work Authorization
Hybrid schedule with core locations including Salisbury, NC; Mauldin, SC; Chicago, IL; Quincy, MA. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Company Values and Culture
