Role: Enterprise Platform Architect with emphasis on Architecture practice design, development and governance. This is a process-focused role aimed at modernizing internal architectural practices, defining governance, and aligning IT with business goals. Responsibilities Direct the strategic design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture practice at ADUSA. Modernize internal architectural practices, define governance processes and drive changes that align IT with business needs. Define vision, standards and policies governing the architecture discipline in partnership with Architecture Leadership to ensure consistency of architectural artifacts. Craft roadmaps, establish policies to support internal processes, compliance requirements, and governance workflows. Refine processes to ensure consistency across architecture outputs, engagement, and process; improve templates, architecture tools, data quality, standards and gaps in strategy. Maintain a strong security mindset to ensure architectural decisions protect data and systems. Collaborate with Architecture Leads and IT leadership; balance technical depth with process leadership and strategic creativity. Participate in a flexible/hybrid work arrangement (3 in-person days at core locations and 2 remote days). Core Values & Environment Location options include Salisbury, NC; Mauldin, SC; Chicago, IL; Quincy, MA. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Required Qualifications Extensive experience in IT architecture leadership, strategy development and governance. Strong influence and decision-making skills with success in guiding complex IT transformations. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) are preferred. Demonstrated experience providing technical guidance and leadership to development teams. Experience translating business requirements into architectural deliverables and technical specifications. Preferred Qualifications MSc Computer Science/Information Management or related postgraduate degree. Agile Methodology/Scrum; Consultancy Skills; Agile Architecture; ArchiMate Modeling; Experience with BiZZdesign EA Tool. Salary Salary Range: $136,160 - $204,240
