We are looking for a
Solutions Architect
with deep expertise in
healthcare data and enterprise AI applications
to lead solution design and deployment for top-tier healthcare payer clients. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our AI offerings are scalable, secure, and impactful. You will act as a key technical leader bridging client needs with Autonomize.AI’s product capabilities. Responsibilities
Own technical discovery, architecture design, and integration strategy for new and existing customers. Translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled architectures for use cases such as claims processing, clinical reviews, risk adjustment, and more. Guide cross-functional teams during pre-sales and post-sales implementations. Develop solution blueprints and system integration plans using healthcare-specific standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI, etc.). Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on customer needs, industry trends, and integration challenges. Support Proof-of-Concept (POC) development and iterative deployment cycles. Ensure all architectures meet HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards. Contribute to enterprise architecture best practices around security, governance, and interoperability. Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within healthcare or healthtech Experience working with healthcare payers, including systems for claims adjudication, utilization management, member engagement, and/or provider data Strong understanding of healthcare data formats and compliance (HIPAA, EDI 837/835, FHIR) Solid experience designing and integrating APIs and data pipelines in cloud-native environments (preferably AWS) Experience working with AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., NLP, LLMs, vector databases) Excellent communication and client-facing skills Nice To Have
Experience working with GenAI tools and frameworks Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Databricks, LangChain, or similar Exposure to healthcare-specific enterprise systems like Epic, TriZetto, Optum, etc. Startup experience or background in enterprise software/SaaS What We Offer
