Corporate Tools Corporate Tools is looking for a Director of Real Estate to find a home with us. We are a growing company and with that comes the need for more space. We have buildings across multiple locations, and will probably have more and more buildings in more and more locations, ideally we find someone who wants to take that on and not just manage a set portfolio. We are eager to find someone who has done this type of work in the commercial office space. Acquisitions, leasing, vendor relationships, tenant relationships, there is a lot of stuff to do. You will join a team of talented and driven individuals that do a lot of this already, but we are at the point of growth where we need a more focused direction and plan. This is a M-F, full-time salaried position with some remote work possible, but will mainly be focused in the Post Falls area.

Responsibilities

Office vibe is important. Maintain a specific feel for employees and make it inviting to come to work. All things real estate for all entities and operations. Portfolio management — overseeing acquisition, disposition, and overall management of commercial properties. Develop strategies to maximize returns on real estate investments while mitigating risk. Analyze market trends. Bridge the gap between financial sense and business operations. Manage and improve tenant relationships to retain high occupancy. Ensure the real estate team maintains high-quality facilities, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with executives to ensure alignment across the operation. Develop and maintain vendor relationships.

Requirements

Has overseen a portfolio of 25+ commercial buildings. Previous experience leading and developing a real estate team. Demonstrated experience in large-scale real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing negotiations. Ability to understand the financial impacts of a transaction, leasing strategy, and operational decisions. Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to avoid analysis paralysis. Street smarts. You’re a good human.
