2-6 years of employment litigation experience Experience with a diverse range of employment matters including litigation of multi-jurisdictional class and collective cases and high stakes, complex disputes Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills, e.g., Law Review Major top tier law firm experience in an employment litigation practice is preferred and a federal judicial clerkship is a plus Ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials Admitted to the California state Bar (and in good standing) About Us
