Responsibilities

Lead business insights and analytics initiatives within a global biotechnology company, focusing on skeletal conditions and driving impactful commercial strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute market research and analytics projects, delivering actionable insights to inform business decisions. Contribute to the development of lifecycle management strategies through data analysis and strategic recommendations. Support governance committees and leadership reports with comprehensive insights and analytics to guide organizational priorities. Enhance customer reach and field execution by integrating insights into performance metrics and dashboards. Stay abreast of emerging analytics capabilities, incorporating innovative approaches to optimize insights generation. Foster collaboration across markets and functions to align insights plans with organizational goals and strategies. Manage procurement, contracting, and execution of analytics projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and policies. Key Responsibilities & Duties

Act as a strategic partner to skeletal conditions teams, framing and investigating key business questions to prioritize resources effectively. Design and deliver high-quality qualitative and quantitative market research projects utilizing third-party vendors. Integrate primary and secondary research with competitive intelligence to support commercial strategies and decision-making. Develop and maintain insights knowledge management libraries, ensuring alignment with cross-functional partners and direct markets. Lead the creation and tracking of KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to monitor performance and enhance execution excellence. Provide influential presentations combining analytics with storytelling to guide strategic recommendations. Support teams in leveraging internal and external data sources for comprehensive commercial insights. Ensure efficient execution of analytics procurement and project management aligned with organizational policies. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in science or business required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in market research and analytics within pharmaceutical or biotech industries. Proficiency in primary and secondary research methodologies and vendor management. Strong ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to collaborate effectively across teams. Self-starter with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented approach to challenges. Proven track record in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines efficiently. Seniority level
