Overview
The Stellarix Group – A MassMutual Firm is seeking an Associate Brokerage Director to join our expanding Brokerage Division. This role is designed for a licensed, experienced insurance professional who is ready to take the next step into leadership. You will work closely with Senior Leadership to recruit, train, develop and support a network of independent advisors and assist them in designing and placing life, disability, and long-term care solutions for their clients. This is a strategic opportunity for someone who wants to stay client-facing while beginning to develop leadership and business development responsibilities within a top-tier national firm. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Senior Leadership to recruit, train, develop, and support a network of independent advisors. Assist advisors in designing and placing life, disability, and long-term care solutions for clients. Maintain client-facing responsibilities while developing leadership and business development skills. Provide mentorship and coaching to advisors and support staff. Contribute to recruiting efforts, onboarding, and ongoing development of independent producers. Utilize MassMutual resources and tools to streamline processes and improve client outcomes. Participate in business development activities and contribute to succession planning efforts. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, or Military Experience Currently licensed in life and health insurance; willingness to get registered Minimum of 3 years of experience advising individual and/or business clients Working knowledge of MassMutual submission and new business sales cycle Strong relationship-building and communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for developing and supporting other advisors Commitment to delivering client-first, relationship-based service Aspiring for long-term growth within a national firm Excellent organizational skills and follow-through References verifying all of the above (e.g., athletic coach verification) Why Build Your Career with The Stellarix Group / MassMutual
