Overview
The Stellarix Group, a partner firm of MassMutual, is seeking an Associate
Brokerage Director
to join our expanding Brokerage Division.
This role is designed for a licensed, experienced insurance professional who is ready to take the next step into leadership. As an Associate
Brokerage Director , you will work closely with our Senior Leadership to recruit, train, develop and support a network of independent advisors and assist them in designing and placing life, disability, and long-term care solutions for their clients.
This is a strategic opportunity for someone who wants to stay client-facing while beginning to develop leadership and business development responsibilities within a top-tier national firm.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree, or Military Experience
Currently licensed in life and health insurance, willingness to get registered
Minimum of 3 years of experience advising individual and/or business clients
Working knowledge and ability to master the MassMutual submission and new business sales cycle
Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for developing and supporting other advisors
Committed to delivering client-first, relationship-based service
Ambitious and seeking long-term growth within a national firm
Top-notch organizational skills and follow-through
