Titan Technologies is seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Deputy Program Manager to support full lifecycle delivery of complex IT services. The DPM will assist in all aspects of contract execution and serve as a key liaison across functional leads, ensuring effective coordination, schedule management, and risk tracking. This role is ideal for a mission-driven professional with strong project management skills and a passion for operational excellence. You will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of internal teams, deliverables, and communications in support of the Program Manager. Responsibilities
Support the Program Manager in overseeing technical, operational, and administrative functions of the contract. Lead internal program coordination, ensuring team alignment with deadlines, milestones, and client expectations. Track and report status across workstreams, prepare documentation for PMRs and WSRs, and escalate risks as needed. Facilitate subcontractor engagement, onboarding, and communication. Act as the Program Manager’s delegate during planned absences, maintaining full situational awareness. You must Have
Minimum 3–5 years of federal IT project or program management experience. Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, operations, and cybersecurity. An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required. It’s Great If You Also Have
PMP or CAPM certification preferred. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Education
Bachelor\'s degree in a technical or business field. Company Description
