As a

Program Director

here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing complex programs within the Aerospace sector, specifically focusing on the Defense and Space (D&S) business unit. Your leadership will be essential in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of programs that enhance our capabilities and deliver value to our customers. You will report directly to our senior leadership team, and you’ll work out of our designated location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by formulating and executing program strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple complex programs within the Defense and Space business unit, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Develop and implement program plans, schedules, and budgets, while managing risks and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program execution and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in program management within the aerospace or defense industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results. Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies. Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. We Value
