Successful candidates will evaluate business issues and client requirements from sales leads and Requests for Proposals/Requests for Quotations (RFPs/RFQs). The successful candidate will use this analysis and knowledge of the market to develop complex Managed or Professional services solutions. Overview
As a Digital Solution Architect, you will provide client engagement and expertise of Lenovo digital solutions, collaborate with internal teams and Lenovo Services Delivery Partners, on point for scoping the requirements, identifying appropriate delivery strategy, align costs to plan of record, communicate across internal stakeholders and the client during the engagement. You will develop client presentations, proposals, and internal governance collateral. Upon down select / award, you are responsible for the development of a Statement of Work (SoW) contract with the selected business partner and/or customer and service delivery partner, which includes negotiation with the partner, internal delivery stakeholders and the client to ensure that requirements are explicitly documented to prevent exposure. Finally, you will manage assigned opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of Lenovo’s digital business. Responsibilities
Develop custom and cost-effective Digital Workplace services solutions for clients (Service Desk, Security, Lifecycle, UEM, Collaboration Productivity, DaaS, Advisory). 8+ years of IT Services experience and/or at least 5 years of Solution Development and Costing for IT Solutions or Managed Services (Service Desk, Security, Lifecycle, UEM, Asset Recovery and Advisory). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in solution creation, costing, contract/SOW creation, and strong risk management practices. Direct experience in IT Services industry focused on Digital or Workplace services and End User devices. Proven success in building solutions in the IT services industry. Excellent communication, both oral and written, and presentation skills; client facing. Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce. Details
This role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the U.S. within the Eastern or Central time zones. If you're near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office—great for collaboration and connection. Base salary range: $140,000 – $171,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
