If you geek out about all things Employee Benefits, Supermicro wants you on our team. Our Benefits is part of the larger HR organization and as its manager you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing Supermicro’s US employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans, to ensure they are competitive, cost-effective, and legally compliant. This position will be based out of our headquarters office in San Jose, CA and will not be eligible for remote work. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Program Design & Administration: Develop, implement, and administer employee benefits programs, such as health, life, disability, and retirement plans. Vendor Management: Select and manage benefits vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring services meet the organization's needs and budget. Compliance & Legal Monitoring: Stay current on government regulations, such as ERISA, to ensure programs are legally compliant. Employee Communication: Design and deliver clear communications to employees regarding benefits options, enrollment, and changes. Employee Support: Serve as a primary resource to answer employee questions, troubleshoot benefits-related issues, and guide them through enrollment processes. Market Analysis: Research market trends and benchmark the company's benefits offerings against peer organizations to ensure competitiveness. Expense Management: Oversee benefits expenses, including forecasting costs and managing vendor payments and invoices. Reporting & Analysis: Analyze benefits-related data and trends, providing reports and recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications

At least four years of relevant experience leading Benefits Operations in a manufacturing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop materials and explain complex information to employees. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ongoing education or a certification in Human is a plus. Prior experience with ADP, SuccessFactors, and FMLASource is a plus. Salary

$110,000- $160,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. EEO Statement
