We are seeking a Company Coordinator & Executive Assistant to the CEO to support the growth of Atlas Analytics during a critical stage of expansion. This is a part-time role (10–15 hours per week) ideal for a graduate or advanced undergraduate student looking to gain direct experience in executive operations, project coordination, and applied economic research within a high-growth startup environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, providing both executive support and operational coordination across multiple functions of the company. Responsibilities

Executive Support Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel. Serve as the first point of contact for scheduling requests, inbound inquiries, and follow-ups. Draft, proofread, and manage executive communications (emails, memos, meeting prep). Company Coordination Support investor relations: coordinate investor calls, prepare agendas, and compile follow-up notes. Assist with project management, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables are met. Organize and maintain shared company files, decks, and research outputs. Help prepare materials for client presentations, conferences, and internal strategy sessions. Research & Analysis Conduct light economic and industry research to support business development and client deliverables. Assist in preparing briefing materials, data summaries, and market intelligence reports. Qualifications

Current undergraduate or graduate student in Economics, Business, International Relations, Public Policy, or related fields. Prior experience in project coordination, research, or executive support strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize across multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management or CRM tools a plus. Demonstrated interest in economics, finance, or data-driven research. Professionalism, discretion, and ability to work independently. Compensation & Logistics
