We are seeking a driven Sr. Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team to develop and execute brand plans, drive growth, and lead relationships with external partners. At Russell Stover, we are a leading manufacturer of boxed, seasonal, and sugar-free chocolates with a long-standing legacy in the market. What you will be doing

Develop consumer-relevant, annual marketing plans which contribute to sales, profit and brand health objectives and execute for the assigned brand. Leverage knowledge of consumer, category and brand to identify and implement business-building initiatives aligned with company objectives. Develop brand plans and initiatives (PR, digital, promotions, packaging, creative) to strengthen brand positioning and ensure cohesive execution. Research and Analytics

Lead or conduct routine analysis of the brand, initiatives, competition, category, customers and consumers. Synthesize findings to improve brand and company performance. Partner on insights to inform product development, promotions, and communications evolution. Maintain understanding of internal brand metrics (sales, profit) and contribute to sales projections and financial planning. Manage portfolio including SKU rationalization, mix strategies and profit optimization; meet full portfolio P&L. Evaluate product portfolio and market opportunities; recommend new product launches or improvements for growth and relevance. Develop strategies to maximize profitability of assigned products/categories while maintaining quality standards. Lead NPD development from ideation to launch with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Production, Engineering, Creative). Brand/Customer Support

Develop marketing communication plans including consumer promotions, digital and social media, and PR. Coordinate with Sales Directors, Field Sales, and Trade Marketing to ensure proper program implementation. Participate in sales calls and customer-level selling when appropriate. Manufacturing Plant Visits

Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain food safety standards. Complete FSQA training and programs to ensure regulatory compliance and product safety. Report and address any food safety hazards or non-conformities with the plant supervisor as required. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s Food Safety Culture. Qualifications

Basic: 6 years of marketing experience within CPG focused on brand management Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading a team Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong time management and communication skills; fluent in English Preferred Qualifications
