Engage Sales, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Management and LSNA to modify deployment and final shipment details to meet 100% fill rate. Interact with forward warehouses to ensure complete and timely order fulfillment. Effectively address customer issues by researching order shortages and on-time delivery, and assist in coordinating/adjusting customer orders. Proactively provide both sales and customers advance notification of order status and service issues. Resolve customer problems by clarifying the complaint, researching the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction, and following up to ensure resolution. Work within multiple systems that often require manual data manipulation to determine order issues and problem-solve on behalf of customers. Respond to internal sales team and customer calls and emails related to order management issues. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization following company standards of teamwork, recognition, and professionalism. Research and Reporting

Research systems to determine product status and provide data to internal and external customers, including alerts for outstanding issues. Identify patterns and opportunities to reduce overages, shortages, and damage for customer deliveries. Create and catalog customer complaints to determine root causes of issues. Direct and coordinate returns and OS&D research and reporting. Maintain communication channels with internal and external customers. Generate various reports on key metrics (e.g., Sailing Compliance, OS&Ds). If visiting our manufacturing plants

Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and compliance with food safety standards. Complete and follow FSQA training and programs to comply with regulatory requirements and support the plant’s food safety objectives. Promptly report and address any observed or potential food safety hazards, deviations, or non-conformities by notifying the designated plant supervisor. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's Food Safety Culture through active engagement. This job posting is not all inclusive and other duties may be assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience 2 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, order management or customer service Advanced Excel skills utilizing multiple formulas and summarization tools Previous experience with ERP systems such as SAP Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently Preferred Qualifications Ability to create customer dashboards and critical KPIs Ability to prioritize and problem solve Effective collaborator Make Happy.
