This is a field-based role available in multiple cities within MA, RI & CT. The specific cities are listed for reference and do not limit your application. We invite candidates from any location to apply. Primary Responsibilities
Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners / Physician Assistants) collaborate with field team members to deliver all role responsibilities. Utilize company approved materials to deliver disease state education covering topics such as pathophysiology, diagnostic modalities, and treatment options. Deliver on-label product education to support appropriate utilization of company approved products. Deliver unbranded or branded speaker programs in small or large group settings as needed. Educate and champion utilization of JJIM Access and Fulfillment resources to drive optimal patient experience and care. Engage with target customers, including APP societies and advocacy organizations, in or outside of office settings, including conferences to uncover marketplace needs. Collaborate with field teams and home office marketing to shape local execution and APP-specific strategies and materials. Complete all required field standards, including timely and accurate documentation of customer engagements, expense reporting, and trainings. Qualifications / Requirements
Advanced degree as either Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). 3+ years as an NP or PA actively engaged in Dermatology patient care. Track record of building productive, collaborative relationships with individuals of varied educational backgrounds. Self-starter with proven ability to set, pursue, and achieve goals/results. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including some weekend conferences. This is a field-based role with expectation to complete in-person engagements. Preferred
NP or PA experience in both institutional/academic settings and community offices. Strong knowledge of payer approval processes and solid business acumen. Pay and Benefits
The anticipated base pay range for this position is: 130,000 - 224,250. Subject to terms of plans, employees may participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other benefits, plus a 401(k) and retirement plans.
