Our fast-paced, growing client is seeking a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to help shape accounting processes. Must be located in the greater Seattle area. Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting processes in compliance with GAAP, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, intercompany transactions, and fixed assets Assist with month-end close activities and support project accounting Prepare and analyze reports such as ad hoc financial analysis, bank reconciliations, and cash balance forecasts Drive process improvements by documenting, standardizing, and enhancing accounting procedures and efficiencies Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Work environment
1 day in office to remote — must be located in the greater Seattle area. Location
