Overview
Senior Product Marketing Manager, Instruments and Accessories is a remote role reporting to the Director, Marketing within Radiometer, a Danaher operating company. The role leads commercial marketing for Radiometer’s portfolio of blood gas analyzers and sampling accessories, drives product adoption, generates new leads, and enables sales teams with tools that accelerate opportunity conversion across North America. Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase the adoption of instruments and sampling accessories. Design sales tools and messaging frameworks that support positioning and objection handling. Create digital content and nurture campaigns to support leads throughout the sales funnel. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field — MBA is a plus 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry Strong knowledge of clinical workflows in ICU, ED, or laboratory environments Proven experience selling or marketing capital equipment and accessories to hospitals, including knowledge of procurement and sales processes Experience using digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to generate and nurture leads and executing Account-Based Marketing campaigns across key hospital accounts Travel & Work Environment
Ability to travel up to 40% This position is fully remote Preferred Experience
5+ years of experience in diagnostics or hospital-based settings Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is
$150,000 to $165,000 . This role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Radiometer offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k). Note: No amount of pay is considered wages or compensation until earned and vested. Bonus, commission, benefits, or other compensation are at the company’s discretion and may be modified in accordance with applicable laws. Remote Work & Flexibility
