Accounting Manager The Accounting Manager will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulations. This role will lead the accounting team, manage the accounting processes including accounts payable and receivable, and support financial decision-making through detailed analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing insights and financial analysis. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, specifically in construction accounting. Proficient in accounting software, preferably Sage. Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Experience with payroll is preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
