Senior Director of Business Development
to spearhead their efforts with the
NRO

In this role, you’ll shape engagement strategies, own key customer relationships, and lead capture initiatives that align with cutting-edge product lines and long-term mission priorities. Key Requirements
Drive new business and capture strategy for NRO programs and initiatives Guide pursuit planning and proposal efforts across classified and unclassified programs Act as a key liaison between internal product teams and external agency stakeholders Expand into adjacent IC/DoD sectors to build out new revenue channels Represent the company at forums and events, strengthening visibility and influence Forecast pipeline health and market trends to inform business strategy Key Responsibilities
10+ years in the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense Deep understanding of space systems, remote sensing, GEOINT, or ISR tech Experience leading multi-million dollar federal BD efforts TS/SCI clearance (active), with CI Poly eligibility Strong reputation and network across IC/DoD Confident communicator, strategic thinker, and skilled deal-closer Additional Details
