Key Responsibilities
Oversee and enhance the compliance program to ensure adherence to regulations and standards Lead and manage client and regulatory audits, ensuring timely responses and corrective actions Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks across the organization Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, law, or a related field 7+ years of progressive compliance, regulatory, or healthcare / insurance experience Strong knowledge of federal and state health insurance regulations, including Medicaid / Medicare and HIPAA Experience in leading audits or corrective action initiatives Ability to maintain reliable internet service for remote work requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
