Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to spearhead our Testing and Automation initiatives. This critical role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive testing and automation strategy that aligns with organizational goals, leading cross-functional teams for automated testing solutions, and driving continuous improvement across testing processes and automation frameworks. The successful candidate will ensure testing efficiency and effectiveness while fostering a culture of quality-first development across various projects and teams. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive testing and automation strategy. Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of automated testing solutions. Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the SDLC. Manage and prioritize multiple testing and automation projects. Define, track, and report on key testing and automation KPIs. Must-Have Skills
Proven expertise in both hardware and software testing. Strong project management skills and experience. Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration. Industry Experience Required
Experience in environmental testing and manufacturing systems engineering is preferred. Prior experience with TestStand and LabVIEW tools is highly desirable.
