CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned management consulting and digital transformation company, is looking for a highly motivated

Principal Project Manager

to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. This position will be a principal role and will serve as a subject matter expert to a team that provides enterprise-wide information technology service management. The budget for this position is $150-165K. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects. Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project. Provide applications systems analysis and long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources. Required Skills & Experience

Master’s degree and 10 years of experience in Information Technology or related area. Demonstrated experience in applying industry standards and practices to federal government organizations. Demonstrate knowledge of the most current Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards. Certified Project Management Professionals (PMP), or equivalent certification. In addition to PMP certification must have one or more of the following certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) CompTIA A+
