The GM is empowered to cast and develop top talent to create the next generation of Ralph Lauren ambassadors. Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000 annually. Responsibilities
Customer Experience: Ensure each employee delivers the 5 C’s of Service Excellence to every client and provide a VIP experience. People & Development: Cast and develop store employees, build diverse and capable field teams, coach and mentor staff, and drive succession planning. Merchandising & Presentation: Provide feedback to buyers and planners, uphold presentation standards, and ensure the store environment supports the brand narrative. Store Operations & Inventory Management: Achieve shrink targets, implement asset protection procedures, and execute strategies to support sales, marketing and profit objectives including Gross Margin. P&L Ownership: Manage store processes, KPI performance (Conversion, UPT, SPH, ADT, Customer Shop scores) and employee engagement metrics; monitor time-to-fill and turnover. Leadership: Build bench strength for future talent and ensure effective people development systems to drive engagement. Performance: Direct implementation of programs aligned with Ralph Lauren’s goals and uphold store standards to meet financial targets. Qualifications
College Degree or equivalent experience 5 years of Retail Management Experience Strong business acumen and ability to lead in a RL lifestyle environment Excellent negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and staff development skills; strong communication and interpersonal abilities Job Details
