Overview

Director of Dining Services - Corporate Dining at Restaurant Associates. Reports To: VP of Operations. Salary: $80,000 - $90,000. Other Forms of Compensation: Benefits and Bonus Eligible. This role leads day-to-day operations for a designated client account with a strong focus on catering and cafe management. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule (some evenings required). You will work alongside a salaried culinary manager and oversee a small hourly staff. Key Responsibilities

Manages day to day operations of an account Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments Oversees financials as it pertains to the account Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training Qualifications

A minimum of three years of foodservice operation experience Previous experience managing financials including budgets and weekly reporting Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company Benefits
