Manage a panel of patients for a full spectrum primary care clinic, taking care of acute and chronic care needs. Be curious in an effort to keep more care in primary care; solve problems, answer questions, and spend quality time in service of learning on behalf of your patients. Develop a high functioning care team with the goal that every person works at the top of license and scope, developing teammates’ work in alignment with interests, community benefit, and licensure. Provide patients and family members with counseling and education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and need for follow up as appropriate during each patient visit. Collaborate with other physicians, specialists, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in person or by video in the best interest of patients. Perform minor outpatient procedures in accordance with credentialing/privileging policy. Complete timely and accurate documentation. Provide after-hours care service support as part of the on-call program. What You'll Bring

Currently licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Washington by hire date. Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds. Unrestricted DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority. Ability to be credentialed under Medicare. Proficient in use of the EMR, with Epic experience strongly preferred. Excellent critical thinking, flexibility, problem solving and communication skills. Interest in community outreach efforts (PR, ambassador to community partners, onboarding/mentoring for new teammates). (Preferred) Working Environment

This position operates in a clinic environment, providing both in person and telehealth care. Collaboration with various healthcare providers is routine, and participation in wellness programs may also be required. Physical Requirements

Ability to work in a clinical environment, interact with patients for prolonged periods, and perform duties requiring a high level of concentration and emotional resilience. Vaccine Requirement
