Manage a panel of patients for a full spectrum primary care clinic, addressing acute and chronic care needs. Be curious to keep more care in primary care; solve problems, answer questions, and spend quality time in service of learning for your patients. Develop a high-functioning care team to ensure everyone works at the top of their license and scope, aligning teammate development with interests and community needs. Provide patients and families with counseling and education on health maintenance, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up as appropriate during each visit. Collaborate with Physicians, Specialists, Pharmacists, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals in person or via video for patients’ best interests. Perform minor outpatient procedures in accordance with credentialing/privileging policy. Complete timely and accurate documentation. Provide after-hours care service support as part of the on-call program. What You’ll Bring

Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Washington by hire date. Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds. Unrestricted DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority. Ability to be credentialed under Medicare. Proficient in the use of the EMR, with Epic experience strongly preferred. Excellent critical thinking, flexibility, problem solving and communication skills. Interest in community outreach efforts (PR, ambassador to community partners, onboarding/mentoring for new teammates). (Preferred) Working Environment

This position operates in a clinic environment, providing both in-person and telehealth care. Collaboration with various healthcare providers is routine, and participation in wellness programs may also be required. Physical Requirements

Ability to work in a clinical environment, interact with patients for prolonged periods, and perform duties requiring a high level of concentration and emotional resilience. Vaccine Requirement

National Plus Salary Range:

$208,800.00 - $375,800.00

in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
