General Manager role managing Empower Field operations for food, beverage, and retail with a focus on delivering strong financial results, guest experience, and strategic growth. General Manager Responsibilities
Lead the client relationship at Empower Field, serving as the primary point of contact for all food, beverage, and retail operations. Oversee concessions, catering, clubs, and retail outlets (suites are managed by a local partner). Manage ~1,250 employees (600 baseline, 1,200–1,500 on event days) through a leadership team including AGM, GM of Retail, and department heads. Deliver strong financial results across a $45M+ account with a focus on budgets, forecasting, food/labor cost controls, and data analytics. Partner with district leadership to plan and execute long-term business development strategies. Develop and implement new concepts to increase existing revenue across concessions, catering, clubs, and retail. Recruit, mentor, and develop management talent for sustained success. Drive guest experience performance: current NFL ranking is #8 in food/service, with a target of top 5 within two seasons. Limited off-season travel may be required to support other Aramark-managed events and operations. General Manager Qualifications
Large Sports Venue or Stadium GM experience required; must have managed an “A” account with $30M+ in annual sales (Empower Field account is ~$45M). A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role. Proven ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer service, entrepreneurship, and building/growing a strong business. Strong financial acumen with full P&L accountability, including budgets, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff. Hands-on leader who is comfortable engaging directly with staff and operations. Must be willing to work an event-based schedule, including evenings and weekends. Experience with concessions, premium dining, and retail preferred. General Manager Compensation
