Lead and manage all front- and back-of-house operations Oversee weekday lunch service and bar operations Plan and execute weekend events and banquets with precision and excellence Collaborate with chefs, event coordinators, and senior leadership to deliver high-impact service experiences Manage budgets, labor, and inventory while maintaining quality and profitability Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet performance and service goals Maintain a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and accountability What We’re Looking For
Proven success in a General Manager or senior leadership F&B role Strong background in both a la carte service and upscale banquet/event execution Ability to manage a structured weekday schedule while remaining flexible for weekend events Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills A hands-on operator with a passion for service and hospitality Why Join Us
