Leverage our network and resources to build your own book of business with commercial tenants and property owners. Engage with opportunities in our diverse pipeline and contribute to the firm’s leasing and sales activities. Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of commercial property. Experience in leasing and/or sales, particularly in retail leasing. Excellent negotiation abilities. A self-starter mentality combined with a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude. Familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area market is a plus. A commitment to continuous professional development. Attention to detail and a strategic mindset. A focus on achieving financial success. Compensation
This position operates on a 100% commission basis, allowing for unlimited earnings potential. However, a small stipend might be considered. About Us
