Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent, located in the San Francisco Bay Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for daily tasks including marketing properties, managing client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and preparing sales and leasing agreements. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with clients and other stakeholders to ensure successful transactions. Qualifications Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate skills Possession of a valid Real Estate License Experience in Brokerage and Sales Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area real estate market is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred Seniority level:
