Senior Brand Manager

to lead brand planning, innovation, and go-to-market initiatives for one of our most loved categories. This role will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth, strengthen market position, and deliver exceptional value to consumers. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a proven track record of building brands, leading cross-functional teams, and driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities

Own brand strategy and positioning, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Lead annual brand planning, including P&L management, pricing strategy, and promotional planning. Partner with insights teams to analyze market trends, category dynamics, and consumer behavior to uncover growth opportunities. Drive innovation by leading product development initiatives from concept through launch. Collaborate with sales, shopper marketing, and trade teams to execute customer-specific programs and maximize brand presence at retail. Manage creative development across channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity. Track, measure, and report on brand performance, adjusting strategy as needed to deliver results. Mentor and develop junior brand team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 6–8+ years of brand management or marketing experience in consumer goods, with demonstrated success managing a brand or portfolio. Strong P&L management skills and experience working with financial data to drive decision-making. Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that deliver growth. Experience leading cross-functional teams and external agency partners. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. Details
