Senior Manager, Franchise Recruiting & Engagement
Base pay range: $94,400.00/yr - $162,800.00/yr
Overview As the Senior Manager of Franchise Recruiting and Engagement, you’ll partner with field leaders and franchisees to recruit top talent, support advisor development, and drive strategic growth initiatives within the franchise territory.
Responsibilities
Recruit & Develop Talent : Lead high impact recruiting efforts for novice and experienced advisors, franchise staff, and external practice acquisitions. Build and manage a diverse sourcing strategy, screen and interview candidates, and guide them from initial contact to onboarding and career development.
Drive Strategic Growth : Collaborate with the Franchise Field Vice President (FFVP), Franchise Consultants, and Advisors to boost engagement and accelerate practice growth. Lead the annual business planning process with high participation and meaningful goal-setting across the territory.
Own the Onboarding Experience : Design and execute customized onboarding plans for new advisors and acquired practices. Equip them with tools, training, and support to ramp up quickly and reach production goals.
Be a Trusted Partner : Support field leaders and top advisors with strategic messaging, growth resources, and ad hoc requests. Serve as a connector between advisors and necessary tools while guiding matrix partners to deliver results.
Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or business development
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong project management and strategic execution skills
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities
Willingness to travel 15–20%
Must reside in CST, MST, or PST (preferred)
Preferred :
Experience in financial services or advisor recruiting
FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
Familiarity with multi-office or remote team support

Additional Information General information: The base pay noted is a salary range and may correlate with geographic location, knowledge, and experience. Roles may be eligible for variable pay such as bonuses and long-term incentives.
