Overview
The Senior Managing Consultant, Services Business Development, Cyber Threat Intelligence will lead the growth of Mastercard’s Threat Intelligence business in one of our key Services segments (Merchants & Acquirers, Traditional FIs, FinTechs & Digital Platforms). You will act as the P&L owner for Threat Intelligence and related Services within the segment, contributing to strategic direction and commercial success by driving revenue through direct sales and liaison with customer-facing teams to maximize sales for Threat Intelligence Products and Services. This includes accelerating sales of existing Cyber Threat Intelligence products and launching GTM and Sales processes for new synergy products under development. Responsibilities
Deliver Cyber Threat Intelligence revenue and sales targets for the segment. Drive sales of acquired and natively developed (synergy) Threat Intelligence solutions, as well as related Services, independently or with cross-functional teams. Emphasize solution selling across a broad range of related products and services. Define and oversee the GTM operating model for the segment to ensure appropriate expertise is deployed against opportunities. Unify sales and BD teams under a cohesive Mastercard Cyber Threat Intelligence narrative and sales process. Coordinate internal execution across teams; facilitate key client introductions and cross-sell opportunities within Mastercard managed accounts and existing customers. Leverage Recorded Future & Risk Recon referrals for Mastercard managed accounts. Develop and activate broader Services Sales organization for priority initiatives and Threat Intelligence campaigns (sales collateral, pitch decks, training, pipeline visibility). Align product, sales, customer success and marketing around launches and revenue goals as needed. Identify issues, take improvement actions, and communicate progress. Report on commercial integration progress; track lead funnel health and conversion efficiency; advise on integration risks. Measure success by sales performance, client impact, and expansion of Mastercard’s Threat Intelligence solutions. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree & 10+ years’ work experience, including technology (SaaS) sales with team or stakeholder management responsibility. Industry savvy with understanding of emerging cyber trends and ability to leverage market opportunities. Experience selling security services, consulting, and/or technologies such as cyber threat intelligence, security awareness/training, cloud security, incident response, third-party risk management, threat and vulnerability management. Proven enterprise sales experience selling to Merchants & Acquirers, Traditional FIs, FinTechs or Digital Platforms. Demonstrated history of individual and/or team quota achievement. Excellent client relationship management and strategic selling abilities. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills. Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences with executive presence in both written and oral communication. Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities; ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution. Demonstrated thought leadership and creative thinking to identify innovative opportunities. Compensation, Benefits & Diversity
National Salary Range (Applies Regardless of Location): $164,000-$262,000. Mastercard is an equal opportunity employer.
