Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations of the Finance department Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Lead the financial close and reporting process Guide a team of four professionals and develop their capabilities in a fast-paced environment Foster a supportive, non-micromanaged team culture that values problem-solving and mentorship Lead budgeting, financial planning, ALCO participation, internal controls, audit coordination, and process improvement Balance financial performance with mission-driven goals, maintaining integrity, innovation, and inclusion Communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders Support a team with varying levels of experience through adaptable leadership Qualifications

At least seven years of accounting or finance experience, including team leadership Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (a master’s degree or CPA is preferred) Strong understanding of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and internal controls Track record of process improvement, audit coordination, and accurate financial reporting Ability to align financial leadership with Greylock’s mission and values; experience in credit unions or banking is a plus but not required Excellent communication of financial insights to diverse stakeholders Cover letter and resume are required to complete your application Employment details
