Oberon Securities offers a transparent and generous commission-based compensation structure for senior professionals, with participation in both retainer payments and success fees. Senior bankers are paid a significant portion of monthly retainer payments, often exceeding $100,000 annually, with many earning $300,000 – $1,000,000+ after the first full year at the firm. With approximately 75 professionals and newly built-out offices in Midtown Manhattan, we support a flexible work environment. Senior bankers have the option to work remotely, with around one-third of the team located outside the Metropolitan New York area. Our Managing Partners, each with three decades of investment banking experience, lead by example and have orchestrated numerous successful M&A transactions and equity and debt securities placements. We seek seasoned bankers with 10+ years of investment banking experience, particularly in mergers & acquisitions and/or debt advisory/capital markets. Ideal candidates will have industry expertise in one or more of the following sectors: business services, industrial/manufacturing, consumer products/services, data/insights and analytics, tech/software, or healthcare services. Key attributes include the ability to source deals, strong communication and deal-closing track record, and effective leadership.
