Bachelor’s degree in science or business 10+ years in the chemical industry with commercial/business management experience Experience in refining and the polyester value chain, including production and processing of key intermediates such as PX, PTA, and PET is a plus Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills High personal impact, visionary, autonomy, and performance-driven Why Join INEOS Aromatics?
We offer a competitive compensation benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) with 3% automatic contribution + 100% match on the first 6% of employee’s contributions Generous paid time off and wellness benefits The annual base salary for this position typically ranges between $206,869 and $310,304. Additionally, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and long-term incentive as part of their total compensation package. This salary range is an estimate based on factors such as candidate qualifications, operational needs, and business performance metrics. Actual compensation may vary above or below the stated range, as permitted by applicable laws. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At INEOS Aromatics, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role.
