Commercial Director
to lead our U.S. commercial organization and help shape the future of our Aromatics business. As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for executing our regional business strategy, maximizing financial performance, and contributing to high-level decision-making as a key member of the leadership team. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the Business Director and lead all commercial activities related to the sales of Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA). Location:

Lead all commercial activities for PTA (Purified Terephthalic Acid) sales Set pricing strategy and optimize capacity utilization across NA Aromatics sites Identify growth opportunities through acquisitions, investments, and partnerships Build senior-level relationships and monitor market trends Manage key accounts and negotiate high-value contracts What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in science or business 10+ years in the chemical industry with commercial/business management experience Experience in refining and the polyester value chain, including production and processing of key intermediates such as PX, PTA, and PET is a plus Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills High personal impact, visionary, autonomy, and performance-driven Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this position typically ranges between $206,869 and $310,304 per year. Eligible employees may receive a discretionary annual bonus and long-term incentive as part of the total compensation package. This salary range is an estimate based on candidate qualifications, operational needs, and business performance metrics. Actual compensation may vary above or below the stated range, as permitted by applicable laws. The actual base pay offered will be based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability insurance; 401(k) with 3% automatic contribution plus a 100% match on the first 6% of contributions; generous paid time off and wellness benefits.
