$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Lead architectural projects from concept through completion, balancing design vision with technical execution Develop and oversee detailed documentation including schematic design, design development, and construction drawings Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure cohesive and integrated project delivery Manage project schedules, deliverables, and client communications with increasing autonomy Ensure compliance with building codes, life safety standards, and constructability requirements Support construction administration tasks including RFIs, submittals, and site visits Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and mentor junior staff in design and documentation best practices Qualifications
Licensed Architect with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience Strong proficiency in Revit; familiarity with other design tools a plus Demonstrated experience in Multifamily Residential and/or Community-focused projects Solid understanding of building systems, codes, and construction processes Excellent communication and coordination skills across disciplines and with clients Experience managing project phases and contributing to scheduling and budgeting Ability to lead teams while fostering a collaborative and inclusive studio culture Locations include Boston, MA; Andover, MA; Marlborough, MA; Watertown, MA; Beverly, MA.
