Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through completion, balancing design vision with technical execution
• Develop and oversee detailed documentation including schematic design, design development, and construction drawings
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure cohesive and integrated project delivery
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and client communications with increasing autonomy
• Ensure compliance with building codes, life safety standards, and constructability requirements
• Support construction administration tasks including RFIs, submittals, and site visits
• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and mentor junior staff in design and documentation best practices
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience
• Strong proficiency in Revit; familiarity with other design tools a plus
• Demonstrated experience in Multifamily Residential and/or Community-focused projects
• Solid understanding of building systems, codes, and construction processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across disciplines and with clients
• Experience managing project phases and contributing to scheduling and budgeting
• Ability to lead teams while fostering a collaborative and inclusive studio culture
