- Lead architectural projects from concept through completion, balancing design vision with technical execution
- Develop and oversee detailed documentation including schematic design, design development, and construction drawings
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure cohesive and integrated project delivery
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and client communications with increasing autonomy
- Ensure compliance with building codes, life safety standards, and constructability requirements
- Support construction administration tasks including RFIs, submittals, and site visits
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and mentor junior staff in design and documentation best practices
- Licensed Architect with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience
- Strong proficiency in Revit; familiarity with other design tools a plus
- Demonstrated experience in Multifamily Residential and/or Community-focused projects
- Solid understanding of building systems, codes, and construction processes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across disciplines and with clients
- Experience managing project phases and contributing to scheduling and budgeting
- Ability to lead teams while fostering a collaborative and inclusive studio culture
