Join our team as a Cybersecurity Supervisor, where you will lead the charge in safeguarding AT&T's firewall and firewall infrastructure. You will oversee a team of cybersecurity professionals and manage day-to-day operations and projects aimed at securing customers, assets, data, IT systems, and networks. This role requires an office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is located in the posted location. No relocation is offered. Key Roles and Responsibilities

Team Management: effectively manage and guide a team of cybersecurity experts, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion. Operational Excellence: ensure daily firewall policy management tasks are executed accurately and promptly to support AT&T\'s broader business objectives. Strategic Impact: maintain momentum on security hardening initiatives, mentor and develop the team, and keep members updated with the latest security practices and technological advancements. Technical Oversight: manage and troubleshoot TCP/IP network configurations and firewalls across Checkpoint, Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco, and Fortinet technologies. Project Management: lead and manage significant projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Customer Service: deliver exceptional technical customer service and promptly address escalated issues to minimize disruptions. Security Enforcement: implement and enforce best practices in security and perimeter technologies and ensure compliance with security policies. Business Integration: align cybersecurity initiatives with business goals and understand security operations, data centers, networking, and audit requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration: interact with vendors, external partners, application development teams, technical support, and leadership; provide technical assessments and problem-solving expertise. On-Call Support: provide 24x7 on-call leadership support as required to address urgent security issues and maintain continuity. Risk Management: diagnose and resolve potential security risks, outages, and other critical events; continually review security infrastructure and lead protection improvements. Qualifications

Preferred Master\'s degree in Information Systems, Engineering or Cyber Security related fields. Requires 8-10 years of related experience. 3-5 years of experience managing highly technical security teams preferred. 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity. Proven experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting TCP/IP networks and firewalls across an extensive enterprise footprint. Excellent customer service and project management skills in a fast-paced, highly technical environment. Ability to enforce best practices in security and perimeter technologies. Strong understanding of cloud services, data centers, application development, hosting, and audit requirements. Occasional 24x7 on-call leadership support during technical security issues. Supervisory: Yes Salary: Associate Director-Cybersecurity earns between $155,400.00 - $233,200.00 USD annually, with additional rewards as offered by AT&T.
