Job Summary As a Technical Product Manager at Impiricus, you will drive the strategy and execution of key products that transform how pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals interact. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, defining product requirements, and working cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and strong leadership skills. We’re looking for a product manager to help us deliver best in class HCP engagement that our customers can’t live without. You’ll join a growing, collaborative product team and take ownership of a key area of the business—working closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap and strategy for your domain area Gather and analyze market research, user feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in partnership with engineering and design Manage the product development lifecycle from conception to launch Work directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure product satisfaction Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches Monitor and report on product metrics and KPIs Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that could enhance our product offerings Experience and Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience in technology companies (HealthTech or SaaS preferred) Proven ability to manage complex product areas independently, with clear outcomes Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams Strong understanding of how to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a high-growth startup environment Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills General understanding of technical architectures Some technical experience (i.e. SQL) is a plus Data-savvy mindset; ability to use product metrics and research to guide decision-making Bonus points if you have Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience Background in early-stage startup environments Benefits
