Overview
Vice President - IT, Cybersecurity, Risk at Rehlko. Hybrid location: Glendale, WI (2-3 days in the office). Responsibilities
Implement and run the enterprise cybersecurity program. Identify, evaluate, and report on legal and regulatory, IT, and cybersecurity risk to information assets. Support and advance the organization’s cybersecurity strategy/program and investment plan aligned with risk posture. Establish and maintain the company cybersecurity program to protect information assets, technology, applications, systems, infrastructure, and processes. Work with executive management to determine acceptable levels of risk and partner with business units and ecosystem partners to implement policies and standards for cybersecurity. Communicate cybersecurity impact to the board and senior stakeholders. Ensure information systems are compliant with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. Serve as the process owner for second-line assurance activities related to confidentiality, integrity, and availability, and support safety, privacy, reliability, and resilience requirements. Qualifications / Experience
Visionary leader with sound knowledge of business management and working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies across the corporate network and broader digital ecosystem. Ability to articulate cybersecurity impact on digital business to senior leadership. Experience ensuring information systems are maintained in a secure, compliant state within a wider ecosystem.
