$150,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Serve as the primary business contact for several business units Act as a vital link between business units and business objectives, leveraging business, financial, and technical knowledge to lead cross-functional teams Review internal controls, assess compliance, and remediate gaps; Drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure business challenges are properly articulated before financial solutions are designed and implemented Engage with Financial Directors to ensure quality of service, measure service performance with KPIs, and chair monthly customer meetings Support accurate and timely month-end close for several internal customers, maintaining closing schedules and reviewing/approving journal entries Manage complex intercompany relationships and review multiple tax provisions Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, delivering accurate and timely results Review and approve balance sheet account reconciliations, monitor and analyze general ledger activity Proactively seek opportunities to improve service delivery Requirements
Strong people management & business partnering in a matrixed, multi-entity environment; Must be able to manage up and down and develop and train teams. Customer-service mindset is essential Continuous improvement experience Technical accounting & financial reporting (not SEC) + internal controls/SOX + external audit partnership experience required Fully integrated ERP (SAP ideal) Highly desired: manufacturing industry experience, shared service/offshore team management, project management or consulting, M&A/divestiture experience The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
