Architectural Photographer – Honolulu, HI CoStar Group offers an expansive set of global real estate information platforms and marketplaces. We are seeking a professional Architectural Photographer to create high-quality photos and videos using DSLR cameras, drones, gimbals and other state-of-the-art equipment. Your media will help market properties and drive transactions as part of CoStar’s real estate media offerings. Role Description:

CoStar Group provides real-time, verified real estate data and media to help clients spot opportunities and make informed decisions. The Architectural Photographer will work with residential renters, homebuyers, commercial real estate owners, investors and agents to deliver compelling media. Responsibilities

Use architectural photography expertise to produce interior and exterior media of multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties. Create compelling exterior media for residential neighborhoods, parks, and schools. Utilize professional-grade cameras, tilt-shift lenses, drones, gimbals, sliders, 3D tour cameras, and other equipment to create visually appealing media. Travel may be required up to a week per month or as determined by business needs. Determine optimal times and locations for shoots based on time of day, season, and location. Edit all photography and video in a timely fashion to complete projects. Communicate professionally with clients during all aspects of shoots, including scheduling and on-site interactions. Continued learning and development of photography and videography skills, staying up to date with new techniques and technology. Basic Qualifications

Demonstrable practical experience as a professional Real Estate or Architectural Photographer. Portfolio including architectural, real estate, exterior lifestyle media (exterior and interior photos, videos, and drone media). Minimum high school diploma or GED with 4+ years of professional real estate photography and videography experience. Full understanding of manual camera settings and lighting. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro). Experience using MAC OS and MS Office. Drone photography experience with FAA Part 107 license/certification obtained within 30 days of offer. Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment up to 25 pounds. Permanent US work authorization; valid driver’s license and ability to rent a car for travel. Ability to drive for extended periods (up to 2 hours) and occasionally be available for night and/or weekend projects. Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Abstract check prior to start. Preferred Qualifications

Enjoys photographing buildings and neighborhoods in suburban and city environments; creative problem-solving skills. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop contacts at assigned companies. Flexible, adaptable with excellent multi-tasking and time management; accustomed to a fast-paced environment. Experience with commercial drone photography is desirable. Ability to capture and edit high-quality interior and exterior property videos and photography. Understanding of best practices for architectural photography with artistic vision.
