Position: Lease Administrator Location: On-site

We're looking for a detail-oriented Lease Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of our commercial lease portfolio. This role is key to ensuring lease compliance, supporting acquisitions, and coordinating with legal and real estate professionals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in lease administration, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full lease lifecycle, including reviews, renewals, amendments, terminations, and negotiations Coordinate lease execution with attorneys, brokers, landlords, and contractors Track critical dates and ensure compliance with all lease terms and timelines Maintain lease data and financial records in systems like Visual Lease, LeaseQuery, or ERP platforms Act as the primary point of contact for landlord communications and issue resolution Support acquisition efforts by reviewing LOIs, APAs, and other legal documentation Assist with rent reconciliations and ensure accurate, on-time payments Keep an organized repository of lease and legal documentation Support due diligence processes during acquisitions Provide regular internal reports on lease obligations and portfolio insights Qualifications
37 years of experience in lease administration, real estate contracts, legal operations, or paralegal support Proven ability to coordinate with attorneys, landlords, brokers, and other real estate professionals Strong understanding of commercial lease structures, legal clauses, and negotiation processes Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with lease/accounting software is a plus Experience supporting acquisitions or working with legal documents preferred Must be able to work on-site in Normal, IL
