Overview
Organizational Change Management Lead (Content Development/Instructional Design Background) Location:
Northern California (requires 3 days onsite per week) What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end change management for enterprise transformation programs, preferably in a cross-functional setting. Hands-on development of change content (e.g., training guides, toolkits, playbooks, websites, etc.). Integrate communications, training, and feedback into a unified adoption journey. Manage both strategic planning and hands-on execution of OCM deliverables. What You’ll Bring
