We are seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to join our team in San Francisco or New York.

Responsibilities
Monitor and report on capital and expense cashflows, assets placed in service, and accruals.
Conduct variance analysis and root cause investigations for discrepancies.
Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation and budget alignment.
Collaborate with PMs to identify cost-saving initiatives and escalate commercial concerns.
Maintain scope control documentation and ensure compliance with approved funding.
Review and support procurement activities including RFP administration.
Maintain financial risk registers and update relevant systems with risk data.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports including variance and other financial reports.
Coordinate with PMs and Finance to ensure transparency and alignment.
Maintain monthly cost reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Track committed costs, actuals, and forecasts.
Support financial close-out activities, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and invoices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
7+ years of experience in project controls or financial management for capital projects.
Strong understanding of cost estimation, procurement, and financial reporting processes.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Expected compensation range is between $120,000 - $140,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
