Job Description The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing an account entry strategy, conducting the prospecting campaign, developing relationships and understanding the customers' critical business strategies, then working with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute a solution to achieve the customers' business objectives.

Identify potential accounts and develop an account entry strategy
Conduct prospecting campaigns and build relationships with key stakeholders
Understand customers’ critical business strategies and collaborate with subject matter experts to create and execute solutions
Work with teams to drive business objectives and measurable results for clients
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies
Clear history of new business development selling professional services
Experience with large deals (sales $250k+ per sale) and broad range of sales cycles (3 to 12 months)
Career stability with a maximum of three jobs in the last ten years
Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses
Ability to generate leads and increase revenue
Additional requirements include the need to live within commutable distance to Stamford, CT, and a stable career history with no more than three jobs in the past ten years.
Compensation Compensation is not capped and is based on performance. Base salary of $140,000 plus commission and a bonus tied to fiscal year revenue production and profitability.
